Healthy lifestyles make the difference.

Our Health Promotion programs focus on helping our community live healthier, longer lives. We provide education, resources, and support to encourage healthy choices—like eating well, staying active, and preventing chronic disease. Through community events, outreach, and partnerships, we work together to make the healthy choice the easy choice in Yancey County.
